Registration and Housing Fee
2012 registration and housing fees are listed below:
Local Participant: $TBD (does not include housing)
Participant - Double Room: $TBD (with roommate)
Participant - Single Room: $TBD
Includes all scheduled meals, conference materials, airport transportation, housing for five (5) nights and access to all sessions. Kadner participants will be staying at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, conveniently on the Michigan State University. Fee covers five (5) nights checking in on Saturday, July 21 and checking out on Thursday, July 26.
No Show Policy
Individuals who are accepted into the program and do not show up for the entire program ("no show") are not entitled to further participation in ASM’s Institute or other fellowship programs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by July 1, 2012. If received by July 1, a refund will be issued minus a $100 processing fee. After July 1, no refund will be issued.
Family and Guest Policy
Although the Kadner Institute is very rewarding, it is also extremely intensive with long hours and evening assignments. Family members and guests are strongly encouraged not to attend.
Institute Site
The 2012 Kadner Institute will be held at various buildings on the Michigan State University campus. Michigan State University is approximately 90 minutes from the Detroit Metro Airport and 20 minutes from the Lansing Capital Region International Airport.
